1. Authenticity & Warranty
All sunglasses, prescription frames, and contact lenses are 100% authentic and covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against craftsmanship defects.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Unworn frames may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt in original pristine packaging. Custom-manufactured prescription lenses are non-refundable.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched via premier courier services with live doorstep tracking codes provided via SMS and email.
